Immersive Van Gogh Exhibit, imagine van gogh, a unique cultural project In this exhibition, visitors of all ages discover a new way of reconnecting with the work of this great master. The very concept of Imagine Van Gogh is grandiose: visitors wander amongst giant projections of the artist’s paintings, swept away by every brushstroke, detail, painting medium and colour.
Imagine Van Gogh will continue to operate under the current Manitoba Health regulations under the Red level. Guests will be divided into cohorts of five people to tour the exhibit . We will do our best to keep parties in the same cohorts but please be aware that may not always be possible and your party may be split up between cohorts.
Stages of the Exhibition . In most museums that own paintings by Van Gogh, only 2 or 3 of his works are on display. Even in a book about the artist, there are likely to be fewer than the 200 works in this exhibit. The motion, the huge scale and the insight into the artist’s techniques and concerns are exhilarating.
